General terms of the participation in the tour programs of the Fundation
1. The organizers of the programs are the Vivaswan Foundation together with partners in Poland and India and their goal is to promote understanding of Indian science, knowledge and culture.
2. Classes in India are usually conducted in three languages - English or Hindi the latter with consecutive interpreting into English, and with interpretation into Polish for Polish participants.
3. In programs or parts of the programs taking place in the mountains above 3500 n p.m. participant cannot be younger than 8 years. In other parts of the programs, there is no age limit. Minors must be looked after by a parent/parents.
4. Meals provided are only vegetarian and non-alcoholic.
5. Organisers and Participants are obliged to respect nature, customs, places of worship and be friendly towards people.
6. Organisers and participants of the programs will do all their best to cooperate and contribute to the positive course of the program.
7. Personal information obtained by Vivaswan Founadion will be used by all Organisers only for implementation of the Program and will never be shared with other parties or used for marketing or for any other purposes not related with the implementation of particular program.
