We cordially invite you to the Intercultural Teacher Training Yoga Courses (two separate dates), which we coorganize with the Yoga Vidya Mandiram, Rishikesh, India and  Yoga Samaadhi in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The courses will take place in the lap of the beautiful valley, Mae Wang, in the Loi Lar mountain range near the highest peak of Thiland, Doi Inthaton (2675 m.n.p.m). It is an area in northern Thailand near the border with Burma, the place from which the Himalayas range originates.

Intensive trainings at the basic and intermediate levels are aimed at providing the solid basis of the most important elements of the theory and practice of classical Yoga taught according to the method as passed down in the lineage of the Himalayan Masters by Ven. Swami Rama and Ven. Swami Veda BharatiAt the end of the course Participants will be provided the Registered Yoga Trainer (200 RYT) certificate recognized internationally by the Yoga Alliance, USA. In addition, staying in Thailand among practicing yoga and hospitable Thai people will allow you to directly learn about their culture and common ties with Indian culture.

Participants will be gradually initiated into cleansing practices (shatkriya), subtle gymnastics (sukshma vyayama), releasing tensions in joints and glands (granthi-mocana), body positions (asanas) and sequences of physical exercises (vinyasa), control of breath (pranayama), expressions (mudra), taming of the energies (bandha) and last but not the least the relaxation exercises, gradually developing the ability to enter yogic sleep (yoganidra). The Sanskrit Vedic recitation and recitation of Yoga-sutras are also the part of the course and their different layers of meaning will be gradually uncovered by teachers. The method and structure of the course is based on the Himalayan Yoga (Himalayan Yoga) tradition thought by venerable Swami Rama of the Himalayas and venerable Swami Veda Bharati (dr Usharbudha Arya)., but it includes the explanation of the whole process and philosophy of Yoga, including many other approaches found in different schools of modes of Yoga.

Staying in Thailand among international practitioners and hospitable Thai people will give you unique opportunity to open on different cultures and know unique Thai culture. The clean environment of the mountains covered with lush jungle is selected as the ideal place to provide the maximum benefits from Yoga practices. Among these benefits the most important are spiritual, mental and physical strength, the improvement of the quality of sleep and overall improvement of the efficiency of life.

Excellent cooperation of local Thai people who will be involved both in the organization of the event and in the course itself is ensured. They will show us the richness and depth of Thai culture and lead us to places which cannot be experienced in tourist events.
