We cordially invite you to our Intercultural Teacher Training Yoga Courses, co-organised with Yoga Vidya Mandiram, Rishikesh (India) and Yoga Samaadhi, Maesapok (Chiang Mai province, Thailand). It is for anyone who wish to aquire solid skills and knowledge of Yoga for oneself and be able to teach others on the basis of own experience.

The courses will take place in the lap of the beautiful valley, Mae Wang, in the Loi Lar mountain range not far from the highest peak of Thailand, Doi Inthaton (2565 m.). It is an area in northern Thailand near the border with Burma, the place from which the Himalayan range originates.
Intensive trainings at basic and intermediate levels are aimed at providing solid basis of the most important elements of the theory and practice of classical Yoga. The way of teaching implements the method passed down in the lineage of the Himalayan Masters by Ven. Swami Rama and Ven. Swami Veda Bharati to his disciples. It is characterised by openness and inclusiveness of different experiences and methods of practice with proper understanding of the philosophy and goals of the original Yoga. The teachers do their effort to help in the development of physical, energetical, psychic and spiritual aspects of a person. At the end of the course Participants will be provided the Registered Yoga Trainer (200 RYT) certificate recognized internationally by the Yoga Alliance, USA. In addition, staying in Thailand among practicing yoga and hospitable Thai people will allow you to directly learn about their culture.
